We’ll be just under an hour west of where Robert Johnson made his first series of professional recordings at the Brunswick Record offices on the third floor of the 508 Park Avenue building in Dallas. Some of his music will be resonating again in this part of Texas, without a doubt.
This workshop will be focused on the music of Robert Johnson, and is open to guitarists of all levels. It is good to see how this work was done and get a grasp of how elegant the guitar techniques are. Bring your guitar, a sound recording device. We’ll have fun.
The Friday night concert is $15. The workshop is $35. Concert ticket and workshop purchased together $45.
