2026: Back to Touring
Between the pandemic, the loss of venues, back surgery and the move to Floyd, Virginia in 2025, my calendar has been pretty empty.
I am intent on getting out on the road again, knowing in my soul that I am happier and more useful performing, than doing anything else.
I’m available for teaching concerts in schools, public concert series, coffeehouses, house concerts, guitar workshops, music camps and the like. Please reach out and we’ll see if we can make a visit happen.
At this time in my life, making a difference is at least as important as making money. Respect, goodwill, and friendship have become revolutionary acts in our country. Join me in extending those!

Acoustic Blues Concert – Fort Worth Area TX

House opens at 7:00 Friday, January 10, 2020 and music starts at 7:30. We’ll be just under an hour west of where Robert Johnson made his first series of professional recordings at the Brunswick Record offices on the third floor of the 508 Park Avenue building in Dallas. Some of his music will be resonating again in this part of Texas, without a doubt.
The workshop will be focused on the question, “How Did Robert Johnson Do That?” and is open to guitarists of all levels. It is good to see how this work was done and get a grasp of how elegant the guitar techniques are. Bring your guitar, a sound recording device. We’ll have fun.
The Friday night concert is $15. The workshop is $35. Concert ticket and workshop purchased together $45.
